Short Bio: I am a first generation Ghanaian-American, and I live with my mother and older brother. When I’m not schooling, I enjoy playing/watching football (the real one), listening to rap, working out, and definitely eating! My brother and I have been avid Chelsea FC supporters since 2012. I consider myself a very warm, outgoing, and competitive person who is simply trying to fulfill God’s plan for myself and be the best version of myself!
Why did you join MAPS?
I joined MAPS because I recognized early on that my path to medicine would be a long and arduous one that needed as many resources and guidance as possible. I saw that this organization provided that for me, as well as a community that looked like me and had my best interests at heart.
